Christmas opening hours: For out of hours dental emergencies for registered patients, please call the practice on 017687 73020.If you have Denplan and haven’t opted out of the emergency insurance you may be able to claim most of the call out fee back. The insurance also covers you whilst away from home 💫✨We would like to wish all our patients, old and new a very happy and healthy Christmas.Normal practice hours resume on Friday 2nd January.

Today we had our fire training by Callum at BPW fire safety. He helped raise awareness of the different types of fire and how they can be started along with fire hazards and fire Marshall training. Different types of extinguishers were used to good effect to round off another great training session. 🔥🧯🪣 🔥🧯🪣

The practice is a bit quieter this week because of some well earned holiday leave for some of our clinicians!Never missing an opportunity, and when time permits, our team are hard at work doing some of the important jobs that cannot be done when treating patients. This week involves deep cleans of each surgery, emptying everything out of draws, replenishing stock and checking expiry dates ( all done once per month). Fitz Park Dental Practice advises its customers to attend check-ups at least two times a year in order to maintain good oral health. Taking good care of your teeth and gums means you can expect to keep your teeth for life. To do this, regular trips to the dentist are essential in order that early signs of decay, gum disease and bite problems and be identified quickly.
A range of dental problems can be hidden, and regular check-ups and consultations are essential in order to stop, limit or manage the impact of these problems.
During your first consultation at Fitz Park Dental Practice, your dentist will examine the soft and hard tissue in your mouth.

For the sake of brevity the conscious dedication and constancy of professionalism at Fitz Park Dental Practice is unequivocally exemplary. From the front of house etiquette to the highly skilled dentistry the emphasis is focused on the single minded loyalty to the customer and patient care.
Excellent service and standards as usual with a reassuring team having been a patient of Simon's for a number of years.
I have been attending the Fitz Park Practice for several years now and have yet to have cause for complaint. I am presently going through the process of having an implant. At every stage Simon has carefully explained what's happening in relation to the whole process. All seems to be going well. The hygienist I see is excellent, particularly as she gives me plenty of advice to help me care for my teeth. My one regret is that this didn't happen 40 years ago! In terms of recommendation the fact that my wife has recently transferred to the practice show how confident we are in the care provided.
Since moving to Keswick 14 years ago, my wife and I have had excellent dental advice, care and treatment. Simon has a very good team from, receptionist through to examination, hygienist and treatment and we always feel that they have an interest in what is in the best for the patient. Highly recommended.
Treatment this morning with Simon; as professional and caring as ever. The whole team are impressive in their efficiency and good humour - I cannot recommend them highly enough.
